It's Albert Einstein's birthday today! We're throwing Dr. Seuss' celebration in along with it because we didn't do anything earlier this month for one of our favorite first authors. And, coincidentally, it is also pi day. So what does all this translate to? An edible science experiment of course; aka, watching 'The Lorax' while the peach pi(e) with pecan crumble cools on the counter! Maybe it's a stretch but I'm pretty sure nobody's going to complain. ;)

To answer your question we actually ate at a place called the Flying Monkey in Zion (for the pizza). I did see the Pizza Noodle...will have to try that next time:)
Your sense of humor cracks me up and your "Where's Waldo" peach pie is making me hungry! Looks like a everyone had a super fun pi(e) day.
